Sunday Service Recap: August 31, 2014

August 31, 2014

Redeemer Church

Champaign-Urbana, IL

Our focus today was on global missions.  The songs were chosen because of the emphasis placed on the proclamation and power of the gospel.  We also prayed specifically for the returning University of Illinois students.  We were reminded during Kyle’s sermon that there are over 9,000 international students at U of I, representing 117 different countries.  May God give us a Christ-centered motivation to take the gospel to our neighbors, our campus, and the nations.
