Sunday Service Recap: September 14, 2014

Redeemer Church

Champaign-Urbana, IL

It’s hard to pick out songs that specifically emphasize parenting but nothing helps us become better parents more than praising God for our salvation and celebrating his covenant love toward us.  So most of the songs today simply highlight God’s grace, displayed for us in the work of Christ.  My hope is that all Redeemer parents would be motivated to raise our children to the glory of God because we understand that God still loves us and cares for us perfectly even when we were sinful and rebellious children, wanting nothing to do with him.  Praise God for his effectual grace!
